Best Decision I Made!

It went great! I had just had a 7 week nightmare with the first painter I hired. I contacted several painters for an estimate but the Schmidts came the day after we spoke, gave me a great price, and were able to start the next week. I was struck by their honesty, knowledge and the time they took looking at the job. I have a large colonial, 21 years old that needed a lot of prep work. They brought a huge crew [10+] to prep the first two days and then a smaller painting crew. They worked until dark (or imminent rain) every day. They began on Tues July 29 and finished on Monday Aug. 4, taking only Sunday off. - I was amazed. Derrick insisted on me walking around the house with him at completion and would not accept payment until the job was perfect. The Schmidts and their workers took great pride in the quality of their work! They even fixed up the poor job done by the previous painter and made an old garage door look brand new without extra charge. This is the BEST experience I have ever had with painting. By the time they had finished their first day, all the stress of my previous painter experience was gone; I knew I had picked a winner this time. Derrick and Sarah are very professional and excellent managers of their crew. In addition, all of the workers were nice people, I enjoyed having them here. Update thanks to Schmidt Painting I was able to sell my house even in this bad economy the Real Estate Agent said I would have never sold this home without a great exterior paint job like I got as there are many fore closed homes on the market.
