My husband forgot to order flowers for his parents 50th anniversary party. It was the day of the party when he realized that he forgot. I called Boston Blossoms and got the flowers just hours later. The service I got was excellent. The woman I spoke to was very knowledgable and so friendly. And the flowers.... They were beautiful! Everyone commented on them at the party. A great florist all around! Thanks so much!!!!

I ordered flowers for my granddaughter at BU. WIth finals, she had been stressed lately and I thought some flowers would cheer her up. Boy did they! I can't say enough about the arrangement! The flowers were so beautiful and fresh! They lasted through all her finals and made her smile whenever she looked at you! Not only that, the price was great! Thank you Boston Blossoms Florist for making my granddaughter (and me) so happy!

I needed flowers for my neice's birthday but I live in London so I was taking a chance having to find a florist over the internet. And it was a great chance! The staff was so helpful and accomodating to what I wanted. The pictures of the vase were gorgeous and the teddy bear was so cute! My neice was so excited over her flowers that she even called internationally to thank me! I totally recommend this store and if I ever move to Boston, it will be my go-to florist! Thanks so much!!!!

If I could have given a rating of 0 stars I would have. They are terribly overpriced and completely unhelpful. My normal florist was out of roses, so I placed an order with this place and it was a huge mistake! After placing the order and giving my credit card info, I was rushed off the phone without being quoted the price. But it was a standard bouquet of roses and I didn't expect them to be double the price! When I realized this I called to complain and they accused me of being at fault for not asking how much I was going to be charged. Granted that was stupid on my part, but I was in a rush and they didn't do their job well either. I ended up being charged over $6 per stem for a bouquet of roses (normal price in this area is at most $3 per stem) and they added and charged me for a bunch of extras that I didn't request. Since they delivered the flowers before I caught the mistake, they refused to even hear me out. Ridiculous pricing and terrible customer service!
