George Warshaw & Associates, P.C. is a law firm devoted to luxury real estate. We represent buyers and sellers of homes and condominiums throughout Massachusetts and provide title and escrow services to mortgage lenders and private banks.

Title and Escrow Services - We represent numerous national mortgage lenders and private banks. We provide full closing and title and escrow services. We are a national title agent for First American Title Insurance Company and a title agent for others as well. Through our subsidiary, Criterion National Title Services, LLC, we conduct closings and issue title insurance in Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine in addition to Massachusetts.

Buyers and Sellers of Homes and Condominiums - We assist our clients throughout the entire closing process. We negotiate purchase and sale agreements; provide years of common sense guidance if thorny issues arise; we anticipate, plan and manage the process, minimizing our clients stress and anxiety; we make the purchase or sale process far easier than others typically experience and avoid delays in closing that cause upheaval in our clients lives.

We combine technology and experience to meet a higher level of client expectation, whether our clients are first-time condominium buyers in Boston, purchasing a second home on the Cape, Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket, or selling their primary residence in Hingham, Wellesley or Winchester, or elsewhere in Massachusetts.

We'll tell you in advance what you should put in your offer to purchase that brokers will not; we'll negotiate the contract, make sure that the title is good and clear, recommend a home inspector that will tell you the truth; and get your purchase closed and completed in an intelligent, time sensitive and coordinated manner.

No one is going to try to convince you to buy something you don't want or need, or accept a home that was given an inferior home inspection. No one is going to waste your time by showing you thirty, forty or more places to buy in hopes that maybe one would work.
